DCC Elite certification requires two levels of qualification. First, each carrier must demonstrate mastery in ease of business, verified by Deep Customer Connections using standardized metrics and competitive benchmarks drawn from the carrier’s own agent network. Second, eligible carriers must pledge to implement specific strategies to further improve their performance in ease of business factors.
Agency consolidation has intensified agents’ expectations for fast, reliable service. As agencies continue to merge or join large networks, they have access to more data proving that carrier inefficiencies in closing business suppresses their own profitability. The carriers who help them close business quickly and accurately will earn more of their business.
